A special night with Simona and Aaryn, our resident American, who will team up this October for a Italian-American feast. Inspired by our trip to New Orleans, where we visited the city’s iconic Italian restaurant Irene’s, the menu will feature classic Italian-American dishes, like muffaletta, Italian wedding soup, penne alla vodka, chicken parmigiana, & American sized cannoli.

We'll be pouring our favourite wines from the US, so if you like your spaghetti served with a pile of meatballs, come join us at Cantina Caruso for a night of Italian-American cooking you won’t want to miss!
