Margate Wine X Traverse Wines are back to host their second harvest dinner at Cantina Caruso. Celebrating the start of the UK harvest and the bounty of grapes England has to offer, chef Luke Van Cockerill will by flying over from Basque country to cook a 4-course menu inspired by harvest dinners from European winemakers:

• Pineau des Kent – grape juice & white cognac aperitif 

• Chartreuse pork terrine 

• Tortilla de bacalao – salt cold tortilla with guindillas salad

• Winemakers oxtail stew

• Tuscan harvest cake

Margate Wine & Traverse will be pouring low intervention English wines from their cellar, making spritzy grape juice aperitifs, stirring whole bunches into stews and baking sweeet grapes into cakes.
