Margate Wine and Traverse Wines are teaming up to host their first harvest dinner at Cantina Caruso. Celebrating harvest and the opening of their new winery. Luke Van Cockerill, a chef from the French Basque region, will by flying over from Basque country to cook a menu inspired by harvest dinners from winemakers overseas.
Margate Wine & Traverse will be pouring wines from their tiny cellars and barrels, making spritzy grape juice aperitifs, stirring whole bunches into sausage stews and dousing cakes in sweet wine.

Tolosa beans stew, salt fish
Sausage and belly cooked in grape pomace
Jurançon and olive oil cake
